BIOGRAPHY
After six years of overseas military assignments with both the United States Air Force and the US Marine Corps, Erik returned to Indiana in the fall of 2016 to pursue a career with Technical Balance. Besides a strong work ethic and military discipline and courtesy, Erik brings extensive rigging, logistics, and process improvement training and experience to our team. Erik is a SCUBA Instructor with a specialty in Equipment Maintenance as well as a CPR/First Aid Instructor Trainer who is able to develop and certify new CPR/FA students and Instructors.
He is an inventive thinker and creative problem-solver. Having lived and worked in four different countries, Erik’s global outlook and strong communication skills promote enhanced relationships with a wide array of customers, clients, and team members. He has helped develop computer and software solutions to streamline our work processes. Erik enjoys networking with others in the industry and has attended numerous Eagleson Institute courses, industry seminars, and conferences. He currently coordinates recurring service and certification visits, particularly for out-of-town clients.
