BIOGRAPHY
Lance has worked with biological safety equipment for more than 25 years. He began his career in 1991 at The Baker Company working in the fabrication department, running press brakes, pneumatic punches, and the laser machine. In his current position as an engineering technician, he is involved in new product development during the design and testing phase. Lance has been an Eagleson Institute instructor since 2011, teaching in the Safety Cabinet Technology classes.
