Eagleson Institute Policies & Practices
Class Registrations
Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Payment is needed at time of registration. Once payment and registration is received, the person is placed into the class. A confirmation letter will be mailed approximately 1 month prior to the class.
Waiting List for Classes
Once a class is filled, a waiting list is started. If there is a cancellation, the next person on the waiting list is contacted and given 1 week to send in their registration and payment. If they respond and are not able to take the space, they can choose to register for the next class, remain on the waiting list or be taken off the waiting list. If there is no response within 1 week, the person is taken off the waiting list.
Cancellations
Individuals who cancel 10 business days prior to the class date, will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the class, a 50% refund will be issued. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Substitutes for a registered attendee may be made at any time.
Accommodations
Reservations must be made by the attendee. Room blocks are held for seminar participants at area hotels at a discounted rate. State that you are attending an Eagleson Institute program when making reservations.
Certificates
In order to receive the Eagleson Institute certificate, participants must attend the entire course.
